Wait times were never the same as the ones posted (not that it mattered because the ones in front of the rides were inaccurate). We tried to get food at multiple restaurants that say open until park close, but most places close at 6PM (which is ridiculous because 6PM is a normal dinner time) so we didnt get to eat dinner. And at City Walk the app said the Universal Store closed at 9PM, so we rushed to buy things, but it actually closed at 11PM. THIS APP NEEDS SO MUCH HELP (and honestly so does the entirety of Universal Resort Orlando).

This application is great help when visiting universal the only think that is lacking like other theme parks apps, is the area where you can add your annual pass into the app to be use at universal instead of caring the pass.

Stop trying to fool people into getting on certain rides. The app does not give the right times which is remarkable considering its the official app is probably linked to the correct wait times listed at the rides entrance - meaning universal fudges them on purpose. Just terrible, absolutely terrible. Id give it a zero but you cant go lower than 1 star.

Wait times are so off

Wait times are generally at least double what is listed on the app. No menus available for dining locations. Only marginally useful part is the map itself so you wont have to carry the paper brochure.

This app is so dumb, totally useless, cant do anything with it and the info isnt in real time.

Really enjoyed being able to view wait times and prioritize which attractions to go on and when. Nice accurate overview map too.

This app provides a beautiful map of the park, having enough detail to show you where everything is, even trees. Sure, the map may be cluttered more than the mosaics that fill in the holes in the pavement outside, but of course this just adds to the artistic experience that is this app. I also must commend the fact that this app identifies where you are and will give you directions to any other point in the park you desire. Sure, these directions will make you walk for 3 hours to end up at a building you were originally right next to, but hey, we need to fight teenage obesity right? Overall, this app has made my experience great again, so in closing, TRUMP 2K16!

Someone has accurate wait time data for the rides in this park...but this app is not the place to get that data. Its too bad. The customers of Universal deserve better.

This app worked well for my family as all of us couldnt ride some of the rides together. While we were waiting it was nice to use the app to find showtimes that were playing close by to pass some time.

Crash every time at the beginning. Please fix it.

Like the real time upd8s on ride wait times. Luv, luv, luv the pic reminder of where I parked!! Just 1 question: I c where I can purchase tix but where can I store my annual pass info? Wit the thumb print technology, y do I need 2 carry the dinky, paper pass??

Having just come from Disney and using their app, Universals app is so much more intuitive and practical! Shows you wait times, gives descriptions and guides you to the rides. Awesome!

The wait times are not even remotely correct. We walk by rides and the signs show wait times about twice what the app says although the wait times on the signs are massive underestimates too. It also lists rides as closed that are not, for instance flight of the hippogryph.

After trying to use Disneys app this was amazing. Very easy to use. Filter shows/rides/food/park etc. wait times were spot on. Enable your location and see where you are on the map. Only thing that would have helped was more information on ride restrictions in the app.

I go to universal all the time with my friends and family and I just recently went and there is a new ride. Its the King Kong ride and its right past toon lagoon. I looked on the app to see what the wait time is and its now even there yet. Can you guys update the app with the ride in thier?

The app helped us move around Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure pretty easily. The wait times were fairly close to being correct. The only thing it was missing was a Guide Me for getting OUT of the park and back to your car. That would have gotten it 5 stars.

This app was accurate and really helped. I use it every time I go to universal

The app crashes everytime I open it! It doesnt even inicialize! So Bad!

A lot of information about all the parks. Its very useful.
