Not all the rides/shows are on the app. Wait times werent accurate half the time. Filtering took time. But, it did help guide us on which rides to pick next. Will be a really good app once they fix these issues.

Downloaded 2years ago. Still doesnt work. Crashes every time I open it.

There was a Harry Potter ride that was delayed for most of the day and the app notified us when it was back up and running! The app also had very accurate wait times. My favorite part of the app is how you are able to click on a ride of your choosing and the guide will show you how to get there via your location and GPS. Very nice!

This app worked great for us. Youre able to see wait times for rides, and it shows you on the map where you are. It may have had bugs in the past, but I think its well worth downloading.

The Escape from Gringotts Harry Potter wait time according to... A) This app: 20 minutes B) The screen at the entrance of the ride: 60 minutes. C) Real wait time: 117 minutes. Result: useless/misleading app, uninstalling immediately.

On the surface this seems like a great idea but the execution is horrible. We found the ride times to be inaccurate. The app would say 20 minutes wait but when you stood at the entrance to the ride it might say 60 minutes instead. The location service worked fine for showing you where you were but despite setting it to run location services only while using the app it continues to run in the background eating up battery life. I had to quit out of it every time to make it stop. Another missed opportunity is dining. The app is a perfect place to show the menu for each dining location but they dont do that. You have to go and ask at each place what kind of food they have, which is a pain when your dragging hungry kids around trying to find something they like. Overall they missed the mark big time. In a town where the competition is Disney they really look like amateurs in so many ways.

Id love to write a review of this app but Ive never used it. The thing never stays open long enough to find out what it does. Just another reason why I go to Disney every weekend instead of this park.

Really crappy. Could not even direct us from the entrance to Harry Potter world. Wait times inaccurate. Dont waste your time. Just get a park map and look at wait times.

Unfortunately, I cant provide much feedback as the app crashes every time! Cant get much past the home screen. Please fix!!!!

No information on rides that are closed. False information about restaurants. Needs an update or just needs to be accurate. Waste of data.

Trying to localize the freestyle comes machines and do not see them. It is the same app.

This is a very helpful app while walking through the park. you can bookmark your favorite shops, restraunts, and rides with accurate wait times!

I wish the could add the interactive wand maps on though, that would be easier than carrying the paper that brings the wands...

All ride wait times show 5 minutes. I dont think any ride wait times are 5 minutes...

Pros: 1) Wait times for rides are always accurate. 2) Good map of the rides eliminating the need to carry a paper map around the park. 3) Good descriptions of the rides, attractions and dining although limited. Cons: 1) Should enable reservations with restaurants in the park that take them. 2) Link to Google Maps so you can get real time directions in the park to the various rides. The current directions are not helpful. 3) More details on the hotels including access to the hotel bill as charges are being made to the room. Would like phone access to increase room charge limit instead of having to get on the phone with hotel staff. 4) Where is the merchandise link? Many times where I would have preferred to order merchandise and have it sent home for no charge rather than buying at the store. 5) Would love to be able to purchase digital pics and send them to my phone. 6) Enable a ride rating feature in the app. Many rides I would have like other riders input before entering.

There are a few times in the world where we get a chance to go to a theme park and enjoy "true" family fun, and with this Universal Studios App, it makes it all the more enjoyable. The reasons why this app deserves a 5 star rating is because of its beauty, simplicity, and its accuracy. One of the ways that this app is "beautiful" is because of its layouts and style. For example, its blue bordered edges and rounded boxes give it a handsome “curb appeal”. But the function of the app, exceeds the beauty of it. In other words, the functions such as “wait time reminders” and “parking reminder” are even more impressive than the overall look. With this app, you are able to functions such as set reminders on wait times, set parking reminders, be guided to your next attraction, and find your suitable attractions with the attraction filters. Likewise, I was totally astounded and quite surprised by the functions and capabilities of this app. Despite its comparability to the Disneys Park app, it was far more impressive. Finally, I implore anyone who will be stepping into the Universal Park(s) [including City Walk] to download this app, since it will not only be a huge time saver, but will also add to the memorizing experience.

I like this app for Universal Orlando, But I would love it if there was an app much like this, but for Universal Hollywood this time

This app is a must when you visit the parks! Very detailed and easy to use. Much better than carrying a paper map around.

This app is great for wait times, show times, hours of operation and maps of the property. However I wish it would include restaurant menus and more detailed descriptions of rides. I would suggest a thrill factor rating for the rides so that the user can better decide if the ride is right for them. Also would like to see event schedule in the app: such as Halloween horror night dates and times.

Okay, its a nice application if you want a virtual map to the park. Otherwise, its absolutely useless. The lack of the ability to purchase tickets, login as an annual passholder or book hotels makes the application completely useless. It would be a great user friendly app if I was able to book a hotel. The app has wait times, and information about the rides that every one already knows. Nothing else in it. They just put the park brochure/map in an app.
