Informativ und funktioniert super!

Good app, but it would be nice/helpful if current wait times could be viewed even when not at the park.

The application was working fine until the new update came out today. Since then the application crashes upon startup. Not very impressed at all. Please fix ASAP! Thank you.

This is a good app to use for finding rides, food, washrooms, etc... Im looking forward to seeing what it can do when I am in the parks and can use the wait times function :)

This app is awesome. It allows you to see accurate wait times that get updated when requested, filter rides based on type and also gives you step by step directions with photo references (think Google streetview) to the attraction you are looking for. Plus, detailed description of the ride, whether or not a express pass or single rider line is available and whether or not there is a child swap). I saved so much time with this app!

Wait times arent listed or loading. How can I see this? It doesnt have that wait time circle like you have in the screenshots. Also, it would be nice to see the menus of all the restaurants the way Disney has on their app. This app looks identical to the Disney app so Im sure its the same developers.

Great app. It is simple and it gives to the user what you need when you need it not like the Disney app which is a complete mess.

Wait times built in too. No problems. The interactive map works great.

This app is very unreliable. The wait times are not even close to what the actual wait time is. Rides that showed wait times of 20 mins were actually an hour. Rides that showed closed were actually open. Only way this app is helpful is if they ensure it is real time not updated sporadically.

An absolutely amazing app that does everything you may wish for from an app like this - except maybe buying extra features from inside it as opposed to having to go online. A very good guiding feature, up-to-date info on waiting times, and generally pleasing to use. Cool!

The app told us a 5 minute wait for a roller coaster, turned out the wait was 90 minutes.

This is for that person that said the app was useless. read the app info it does exactly what it says its literally a map guide to the actual park wait times. Updates Great way to go green

The map feature with gps is great but the wait times are always incorrect. Example the app shows 5 minutes when the ride has a posted wait time of 45 minutes

Keeps crashing as soon as you open it up

If somehow you manage to actually open the app without it crashing, dont worry, it will crash soon thereafter. How does a huge company like Universal even allow this? This app has not worked in at least six months, maybe even a year. I say this as a corporate high level executive of one of the largest companies in the world. Were I in charge of the division that is responsible for putting out this product, or farming it out, I would fire the person that has made the decision to continue to allow this app to be on the market.

Not sure why my location is being used after Im out of the app even when the settings are set for it to only be used while using the app.

We used this on our recent trip to both parks. The wait times displayed in the app were not anywhere close to what was displayed at the ride entrances. For example, at 1:30 the app showed a wait time as 5 minutes when it was actually 45.

No actual, you know… Information.

Unimaginably bad, a sweaty wadded up color map would be better. Whoever developed should be sacked then run oft. I cannot believe I spent $700 for two days and the app is a fail. Shame on you.

I only use this app for Halloween Horror Nights and worked perfectly for the first two and a half weeks. Out of no where it decided to get rid of the house wait times.
