Read many bad reviews about the app crashing and not working. Just used it on Sunday, October 4, 2015. Works great! Used on an iPhone 6 Plus with no crashing or problems whatsoever.

I didnt see a single decent review but I gave this app a shot anyway. It worked seamlessly for me and the map was quite handy all day in the park. Wait times were accurate as far as I saw. A few features could be added to make it more comprehensive, but it worked consistently and well all day in the park. Update: 2nd day in the park; worked great again. I saw wait times updated at a rude and immediately the app updated to match.

What happened to the wait times that used to be on here? they arnt displayed anymore. not even sure if its accurate either

Maps worked well, wait times were accurate, search/filter options were helpful. No crashing, quick and responsive.

This app is lacking in the house wait time information department

Whatever issue the bad reviews had they fixed it, never crashes, accurate wait times, overall perfect and very necessary for a universal visit.

Good functionality within the app but dont rely on the times posted for wait rides. Im at the park and they are not accurate.

You would think an app whose typical purpose is to be used all day without access to a charger would be battery conscious, but nope. App is fine, somewhat difficult to use, but fine, but will run your battery down if you dont turn off background processing and set location services to while using.

Crashes immediately upon opening. Cant use the app at all.

The times never did update through out the day. I even logged completely out and logged back in. It would b a nice concept if it worked.

I used this app today in Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure. The wait times in the app matched the times posted at the beginning of the lines. It didnt crash on me at all. I like how I was able to filter to show only one park at a time and I was able to filter to see which rides had a single rider line. This app shows bathrooms, dining options, rides, shows, and where you are at that moment. It worked great!

This doesnt have the review it needs! I went to Halloween Horror Nights and used it all three times! Was very accurate! Even had the ride wait times, and had it seperated hhn and reg park hours! Def worth the download guys, I recommended it to all my friends already.

Pretty good app. Only complaint is that the wait times didnt always match up with the actual wait times displayed in the park.

Its nice, and it doesnt crash, but when you first open up the app, it does give you the wait times, and then an hour later, it says the same thing, but the wait times are different, and incorrect. Plz fix this, because this app wasnt helpful on my vacation, because it always says The Simpsons is at 10, and I go and check the actual wait time, and its 45. Plz plz plz fix this Universal.

Standing in line at the Simpsons ride for an hour and the whole time the app said the wait time was 10 minutes. There was no way to submit actual wait times either like in other apps.

Used the app 3 days. Ride times matched those posted, which are not always accurate. Accurately showed if a ride was closed for a while. Map function does not zoom in very far, but locations were very accurate. Would like app to remember my filter preferences for park/ride type/sort order without being open all the time. Overall, very useful, but not perfect.

This is the best app ever give it the credit it deserves

It worked perfectly for me. I have an iPhone 6 and it worked at the park like it should of but it KILLED my battery! I barely touched my phone and it went from 95% to 37% in 4 hours!!!

I dont know why this app has such poor ratings. I used it all day today and it was excellent. It has accurate wait times for all the rides and is super helpful.

This is a must for any trip to any of Universals theme parks. It just work. Great job from the developers.
