Universal Orlando Resort App revisa

Sitting here unable to order food for the family bc the app gives an error adding a payment method. I’ve tried 3 different cards. They only let you order food via their app and I can’t pay.

The app won’t allow me to upload my ticket information to the app. Same with my niece. Keeps saying “Ris connection error.

Already bought tickets, reserved hotel. The information for these does not stay linked. Cannot see wait time at the parks. Cannot do anything. This app is designed to try to sell you more (homepage is just adds to try to make you buy). Not user friendly, not good at all. Deleting it as soon as I’m done and will probably not go to Universal again if the rest of the experience goes the same way.

It’s a bit frazzling at first. But after you get used to it. It is a good system 🤗

This app and park experience is not magical

Nothing but Oops, try again later. Tried to order food to pickup in park… failed on 3 different phones multiple times.

Food was trash

There is a bug with this app and I cannot load my credit card information into the wallet. I’ve called customer service and two weeks later no answers. Defeats the convenience of the app

Had a great time at the resort and the parks. This could have been improved greatly with more signs. No matter where we wanted to go there was limited or no signs affirming where we were heading. One major example was trying to find the exit. We found 2 signs and then there was nothing. We just wandered around and finally saw the tall tower near the exit. As far as transportation the line for the hogwarts express was excessive. This is the only transportation between U island and U studios.

Pay to get in early. Every ride delayed. Then, very poorly marked size limitations. A lot of greed in design for making it necessary to pay to cut line.

This is an easy to use app but would like for them to make tickets accessible on the Apple Watch.

Long wait for all rides

Wrote a review and now I get constant notifications to update it because universal didn’t like it. My review = My wife purchased tickets. App wants a ticket to work. When I scan it says the ticket is assigned to another guest. My ticket has my name but will not scan in the app, so it’s useless. So everyone has to buy their own ticket in the app to work.

New rev. does not work, just sits there in opening purgatory. Would be nice to have the option to roll back to a working revision. Fix it more, please

Can’t buy epic tickets until you visit the park. Terrible for people that live out of state.

Lack of map that is user friendly Digital map is lacking useful help

The app is very handy to use anytime and plan out what you want to do at the parks or dinner/a place to stay

I downloaded this app before going to Universal and it was super helpful! I knew the wait times and it really helped my experience there.

Create an account, ok. Email not accepted. Multiple times. Different emails. Looks like it was the password was too complex. Made an easier password. Account created. Add a payment card. Oops we are having trouble. Times 10. Apparently Discover not accepted. Tried Visa. Your card was successfully added. Go to payment screen. No cards present. Try again. Same result. This app is so broken!

Absolutely amazing and prices are good. I think it was some of the best pizza! I do believe they need to let the guest know the pizza would serve two. A++++

Disappointing trip to Universal Studios. Staff was not too friendly.

this godforsaken app has had me put in my credit card info in 11 times to no avail in trying to order my food. i had to ask a random person to use their phone to order my food. thanks universal i hope for nothing but the worst for you.

Always good and perfect

Terrible check in wait times, staffing shortages of check in, slow check in staff, and dour faces and attitude of checkin staff. Did not tell us what floor we were on…. Took 30 min to find floor and room. Would never stay at this property again, terrible vacation start

Every ride was over an hour wait! Worse than Disney! These parks are getting so greedy they let so many people in that it’s impossible to get on rides. Yes you can buy a fast lane pass for a minimum of $115 per ticket but when you’re a family of 4 and you’ve already spent $700 adding another $460 at minimum is outrages.

I love the universal app and that you can see wait times and set wait time reminders. My only complaint is that you cannot filter menus by gluten-free or allergy options.

Universal Studios Orlando has a lot to offer, but not for seniors or individuals with mobility issues. Yes, you can rent an electric mobility scooter once you’re in one of the parks but, be prepared, you need to walk the entire distance of City Walk before you finally reach a park entrance. I also didn’t like that before you could start your park adventures you needed to walk through City Walk which is basically shopping and restaurants. If I wanted to shop, I could just go to a mall. All in all, I found my Universal Studios experience to be disappointing.

The map at a glance does not show wait times, hard to figure out where to reserve dining, features are buried within pages. Also cannot link to passes that have been downloaded to another person’s app in your party.

The food that was served to me was cold, barely edible and the unmelted cheese on the burger looked like it had a friggin bite out of it. Are you kidding me. And the stupidity that it takes to make old women carry food up a flight of stairs and have all the condiments, straws, and flatware only on the other floor. Really Brilliant folks.

Ride times are pretty accurate. It would be much more helpful if selecting a ride gave you a better description, more photos, and directions how to get there.

When using the app it is not clear on how to get to the next attraction.

Would recommend if you need a map also if you want to buy tickets

Too long of weight for roller coasters. Got here at 10 in the morning 8 o’clock at night had lunch in a restaurant and went on two roller coaster rides.

I had my first visit to Universal studios, and I love it there! This app helps me keep track of wait lines, delays, and food! Would recommend for the whole family go-getters! Rae out!
